On the way to Oceania!

Eight of our ten players headed for Tahiti of the Oceania Championship have been stranded in Auckland due to a plane fault. Turning adversity into opportunity they are training at the Herne Bay Petanque Club! They hope to get on a plane on Monday that will get them to Tahiti only a few hours ahead of the tournament. Talk about a testing environment!
