The semi-annual competition between the six Oceania-based Petanque Federations is returning this year. It is being held in Tahiti from September 26 to 29.

The PFA appointed a selection panel under the Chair of the Development and Coaching Advisory Committee, Adrian Clements. Players were asked to self-nominate or have their League or State Coaches nominate themselves.

After the selection process, the Panel recommended the selection of the following two teams.

Men: Fred Vencatasamy (Fusion, Vic), Harold Dercy (Boules Artistes, NSW), Guillaume Ramond (St Kilda, Vic) and Jessen Soomary (Fusion, Vic)

Women: Sue Begley (Boules Artistes, NSW), Haejung Jang (Eastern Suburbs, SA), Giselle Whiteaker (Novar Gardens, SA) and Kimberly Broadbridge (Boules Artistes, NSW).  

The Coach will be Adrian Clements and PFA delegate Helen Bayet

The PFA will be providing some support for all members of the delegation, but the delegation members themselves bear the majority of the cost of travelling to this event.
