The following conditions apply:
The Applicant Club being an Incorporated entity hereby makes application for membership of Petanque Federation Australia Ltd ACN 099 110 460 (“PFA”) and agrees:

to be bound by the Constitution of the PFA;

to maintain at least six PFA Licenced Players in the Club

to be bound by the policies and procedures as published from time to time by the PFA;

to be bound by the Rules of the Game of Pétanque as published by the PFA;

to ensure that its Members agree to be bound by the policies, procedures and the Rules referred to above;
-
to adopt and enforce the policies, procedures and rules as requested by the PFA from time to time.

to join the relevant State League (where one exists) and continue to be a member of that League whilst affiliated with the PFA.
